I need an Android and ios app built from scratch. I would like it designed and built. I need an android and apple app for built with the upload an ad feature view ads feature and so on. The aim is for an app that is similiar to Donedeal. The user must create an account that can be logged into at a later stage and publish an ad for motorbike or car section and then have a secure payment option through paypal to my account or credit card. The prefered option would be an extra in app purchase for this or a bill to phone option. When an ad is submitted it needs to posted in the app for all users to see immediately or soon after publish. The user who has published the ad must be able to edit their ads and when publishing has to fill in a contact details and upload pictures to their ad. I would also like an extra contdown for the ads. For example the user can choose between premium ads that can make their ad near the top and a bump up feature like in donedeal. They also have a listed time before it expires.
