App. I've started an Executive Support Company. Twenty-Four 7 EA Company. I am looking to have an app built that is vey simple. I want it to have a few pages of an intro about the company. I want people to connect using their email and password. I want that to automatically add them to my mailing list. On the user side they need to be able to submit requests to me, view a pdf of a final document or project, approve, request revisions, or reject a file. They also need to be able to Send me a note or update regarding a request. But I want that note to be able to be seen along with my replies and our back and forth convo under the task until the job is complete. On my end I need to be notified via text of a new request, or any updates/notes to a request. Need to be able to post the files that I complete. Mark a job complete or request more detail from the client. I would also like clients to be able to pay for their services in the app as well. Links across the bottom of the main page (the dashboard) would be: REQUESTS - ARCHIVES - MESSAGE CENTER - PAYMENTS - LINKS I want there to be a little colored symbol next to each of those when there is a new upload or new correspondence so when the user logs in they know. On the requests page - I want options for: Submit New Request, Review/Update Open Request, (of course once they look at something in the latter, they should be able to mark: Approve, Request Revisions, Reject. All approved files/requests need to automatically go to the users archives folder Message Center - Options should be - Send Standard SMS, Send Urgent SMS; Send Email Payments: Should have options to pay invoices (need an invoice that interacts with this app) Square????
