I was working on a Java based desktop application but unfortunately because of my bad time management i don't have time to finish [login to view URL] means you don't need to create the program from scratch but need to complete [login to view URL] there will be places where you have to only copy-paste parts and refactor.
The project:
The application is able to search in online digital libraries and visualize their hierarchy in a [login to view URL] app have to save the details of the publications into a MySQL database.

These are the sites where the application have to able to search.
What you need to do:
Currently the search is only possible on citeseer ,where the data is received through atom(it's a variant of rss).The other sites need to be searchable too.
Create a simple MySQL database to store infos about the publications such as title,authors,DOI,publication date,cited publications,the domains where the search is [login to view URL]'s a really simple database.
Complete/fix the functions that are in the menubar.
The program is based on : [login to view URL] So whatever function you have to complete,its done here so you only need to refactor.
The graph need to have the same functions as the one here ^. It uses CSS to customize the look of the edges and nodes.
