C#/C++ UDP Sockets (port selective C++ code to C#)

I have a unique project for a talented developer. What I would like to do is create a 3rd party interface in C# to an existing chat solution. The existing solution is handled by an adobe flash .swf file that utilizes RTMP/RTMFP protocol (UDP packets) to allow users to chat with each other. There is an existing open source RTMFP solution but it is written in C++ and my project is C#. The open source RTMFP project can be found here: [login to view URL] I need a developer that is experienced with C++/C# that can port enough of the code over to allow me to establish, maintain, and utilize (send/receive messages) a chat session via my C# demo application. Currently, this chat is all handled through a .swf flash file on a website which I believe can be decompiled and may shed some light on the process.
