We have the website flat design completed. This project requires building the homepage and website from scratch using HTML and CSS. The back end of the website requires:
- Members area
- Mail platform (inbox, sent items)
- User profile page
- CMS
- Smart members Search
- Forum
We are happy to outsource this to any country as long as the project management is excellent BUT we would rather outsource this to a good .NET developer in the UK who could potentially work in our office a couple of days a week and we would pay a recurring monthly fee.
