Develop a ipad Application

It is the intention of this project to enable communication services such as messaging, video conferencing, image transfer using features of the WebRTC technology in the OSX desktop or in an iOS application. that will involve a Health application demonstrating some of the basic services that could be provided by such a technology. It can be assumed, for the purposes of this project, that the underlying network is available and hence, the focus will be on the application usage. It is envisaged that the project will have a layered architecture consisting of the following components: • Native application for iOS 7 or OSX. • Middleware consisting of control logic for various features • Connection Layer (SIP/ PeerConnection) • Database Management (Can be a simple flat file of actors) The capabilities of the application can be prioritized as follows: 1- Audio/Video Conferencing 2- Adding others to the current session 3- Sharing Content 4- Session Transfer 5- Presence 6- Location 7- Multi device capabilities  User Interface: The application is to be designed for use by trained doctors & nurses. Additionally it should be usable with minimal training to the user in the form of a user manual. The application shall be used in a controlled networked environment on a Smart Phone or Tablet. The interfaces should be modular as to be able to cater for new functionality with ease. The requirement is that it will NOT be a browser based but using API functionality of the OS that includes entire browser rendering and JavaScript engine giving ability to be controlled from a native application.  Data Presentation & Synchronization: The presentation of the data has to be intuitive as per the user interface guidelines. Dummy data can be used for presenting data eg: a list of doctors, a list of nurses or a list of patients. The online-interaction between these actors has to be synchronized seamlessly over the Mobile/simulated network. For the purpose of this project, Wi-Fi is also acceptable. The application shall be able to display or change the UI as per the logged in actor. If a Nurse logs in, the view displays a list of patients and a list of available doctors. If a doctor logs into the application, the application displays lists of nurses and patients. The patient’s UI only needs to be able to respond to the call request from Nurse or Doctor and ability to participate in a video conference.
