Hello, I am experienced with creating fillable PDFs and interested in helping you with your requirement. Kindly show me the PDF that you have to see actual scope of work, Do you want it to be saved and later emailed as attachment? or you want to add a button to email it directly? If you like to add a button in the pdf for user to click and email it back to you, please note their system must be configured to send emails using outlook etc., as a prerequisite.
