Create simple login & few database forms PHP-MySQL-AJAX-Captcha

Can some one help in create ...

A landing page with simple layout

Simple registartion, Login , forgot password screens & Logout.

I am using PHP, MySQL.

You can use AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS, JQuery, CSS etc...

Should wotk on PC, MAC & all tablets (iPAD, Samsung without UI issues)

No Flash & Popup dialogue box's

Once registration completes a mail will be sent to user to activate the account .

(an encrypted link should be sent)

Password should be stored in DB as encrypted one.

For registration need to have Captcha (image imput) , but make it fully modular incase if my service provider don't have GD support i will pull it out.

For login https should be used.

After registration without authentication user can login to system.

He can update his profile etc...

But important task tabs / links will be in disabled state till user authenticates by clicking the link using his mail id.

Put a small small button , Navigation link at to after login , enable it only when user authenticates .

Make sure the code is fully modular and no scope for any kind of SQL injections.

Password can be alfanumeric min 6 characters.

User id is his mail id.

Use name simply his name firstname , last name or only first name.
