This project is for a custom php script that will run on our servers. The requirements are attached. Please read them thoroughly and ask me any questions. You can start from an open source script if preferred. We're looking for professional programers that can also maintain (will pay separately) this software after it goes alive. The software code should be easy to understand and the user interface should be fluid and also easy to use. Bidders must: - Show us at least one example custom php software they have developed. - Must be proficient in English - Must have at least 30 feedback - Must read the requirements attached
