Custom order module for drupal 7

I need a custom order module created for drupal 7. You must have superior skills with the forms and entity APIs in drupal 7. Please see the attached spreadsheet for example of what I am requesting. Here's the summary: 1. A form allows customers to enter line items. A line item is comprised of a set of fields - url, quantity, color, size, price, item# The customer can enter as many items as possible. When they are done, they will review and submit the form which then becomes an order. 2. The order will be processed or edited by an agent. The agent view adds other form elements to the form that are not available to the customer. Once the agent has completed their part, the order is final. 3. The customer will be able to view their order again after the agent has edited it and this time they will be able to see selected data entered by the agent but may not edit it. This is a simple project for the person with the right skills. Thanks.
