ASP Intranet - Converted To - ASP.NET 2005

ASP Intranet Site to be Converted to ASP.NET/VB 2005. Full Source Code will be provided to Winning Bidder. The current ASP Program is fully functional and working correctly. What we want is the program converted to ASP.NET/VB using Visual Studio 2005 Professional. Some functions/features of the intranet site can be removed or modified at the coders request - with approval of the buyer. Summary of files currently: 1) 132 ASP Files 2) 6 JS Files 3) 1 CSS File 4) 29 JPG Files 5) 117 Gif Files 6) 1 MDB/Access File 7) 1 MDB/Backup File 8) Several Misc Files. Coder will maintain notes throughout source-code as in standard programming practices. Coder must request to make changes - that change the look and feel of the current program. Only serious ASP.NET 2005 Programmers should apply. Although Speed in not the main issue, it is important that the project moves along at a steady pace. It should not be days or weeks behind in your schedule. We will not hesitate to terminate any coder who is behind or unresponsive! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
