ASP.net Ecommerce Site

Need an ecommerce sight written in ASP.net. Have graphics and current site as an example. Have a current database that needs data exported and imported into the new site. Prefer tableless design and that the final product pass the W3C check. Prefer to use Paypal for the checkout. Sight needs to have an CMS backend so that the customer can edit content and pictures on all pages. Customer needs to be able to add and delete items from the store. There is also an area where customers can log in and look at design samples that are not for sale in the store.? Programmer will need to slice the PSD file for the Master.
