We have an existing ERP client server system. We desire to implement a scaled down module in asp.net webforms that handles work in process, bill of materials, and scheduling of production and accounts payable and inventory viewer. Screens needed 1. Bill of Materials where you build a product formula from the inventory table. 2. Entering a Work Order where you enter the qty of finished goods to make and the system will present a full bill of materials that can then be modified by the production coordinator. 3. Show a schedule of work orders by day 4. Allow for closing of the work order once complete which updates inventory and costs. 5. AP Vendor Browse Screen 6. AP Voucher Entry Screen 7. AP Select Vouchers For Payment Screen 8. AP Check History for Selected Vendor 9. Inventory Viewer and Maintenance We have an existing application and data dictionary that you can run and look at it necessary to understand how it all works. This will be simpler. but nometheless allow for remote administration of the work in process. Please also understand that the bill of materials may include products refered to as assemblies which are really nested bill of materials. We can discuss this in depth once we get close to an agreement. This is not a complicated application.

Hello, There are many good bidders for this project. I have included some of the screen shots of our ERP system and a visual data dictionary. We will provide an exact sql script to build the data dictionary when the time comes. Plus we will provide an interview tape that you can listen to which describes all the functionality needed plus we will discuss on skype with parties that shows a legit bid and provides a message that indicates proper experience with this type of application. Please note the changes as we are combining the simple Accounts Payable Interface with the Work In Process System.
