ActiveX/Applet/Flash/Plugin for getting info

I run a forum (bulletin board), recently our IP banning system is being helpless, for those with anoymous proxies can change their ip in matter of secs. I need a ActiveX object/plugin/Java applet/Flash that can read following information from client (user trying to login in our forum) - Mac Address - Hard Drive volume serial and any other info that we can identify a computer itself never mind the IP with minimal fuss. We want to base our banning system on each computer's unique info, so that they can not abuse our system. The plugin should put that info to coldfusion script, so we could write it in database. If you have any more idea on how to get someone from abusing the site please write. We need this ASAP ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
