Adjustments to my sports betting site

I operate a small sports betting site and need a few adjustments made to the software. The first one involves a bet type that is functioning right when the final result is entered but it is grabbing too much credit from the player's account when he/she enters their wager. The bet involves multiple teams where they all have to win. Instead of grabbing "x" amount of dollars it is grabbing "x times the amount of teams". A 100 bet is grabbing either 200 or 300. The other issue is that I need a betting restriction placed on a particular sport. Several betting types are offered for all sports. However depending on the type of bet made only certain options for each sport are offered to the better. I need a certain sport betting parameter tweaked. I have another sport that works the same way that is doing it the way I want. You will have to look how that one was programmed and enable the other sport to do it the same way. I have several small issues like these that I would like addressed but I will limit it to these two for now. An understanding of sports betting is not crucial but helpful. The program is done in ASP classic and .net. Please message me with any questions etc so you understand what I need done.
