AD PLACER: · It will need to keep track of who runs which ad (including date) for the course of the membership and have the ability to export it so that it is emailable and/or printable. This data would also be shown in an ACCOUNT INFORMATION screen so the ad placer can see it online. · Allow the ad placer to set their own price for their ad placement · Allow ad placer to set requirements to be met if certain people want to place their ad (this would come from data collected in the form the places requesting the ads would fill out). · Set it up to take PayPal payments to fund the classified ad placers account. So what would happen is if John Smith put $50 into his account, it would send the $50 payment to us, and then the script would credit his account with $50. · Automatically subtract payments from the account if ad is placed ... and have the ability to refund the account if errors are made. So if the ad is placed, then it would credit the place who placed the ad with the PRICE OF THE AD minus THE PERCENTAGE WE TAKE OUT. And if there is a refund, the Ad Placer gets everything back including the PERCENTAGE WE TAKE OUT. · Have the option of automatically allowing Ad Requesters to place their ad or have the option of manually allowing Ad Requesters to place the ad. So lets say some place wanted to place John Smith's ad, if its setup automatically, then they can accept the ad and will get credited for it. But if John Smith has it setup to manually accept, John Smith would have to click on an ACCEPT button or DECLINE button and it would go accordingly. · Be notified when newspapers place their ad via EMAIL (if possible). · Be notified of newspapers wanting to place their ad via EMAIL if they have the option to manually accept (if possible). · Be notified via email when the account balance reaches a certain level. PLACE REQUESTING THE CLASSIFIED AD: · Form to fill out (would be great if ADMIN had the ability to easily add questions to it) · It will need to keep track of which ads they have run (including date) for the course of the membership and have the ability to export it so that it is emailable and/or printable. So lets say John Smith has a website, and a visitor clicks on a link that says ADVERTISE ON JOHN SMITH'S PAGE, when the visitor clicks on it, it would take them to a page to submit an AD to ONLY JOHN SMITH. And, if possible, all ADS placed this way would have a different percentage taken out than the normal way. ADMIN: · Allow for the company to take a certain % of the ad placement price for their own. · Ability to set it up like an escrow account where the company will release to payments from the ad placer to the place where the ad was placed when proof comes in that the ad was actually placed. This I believe, if not done via the website, can be done manually ? but what needs to be done is the ADMIN have the ability to somehow show that a payment has been sent to the account and adjust their balance accordingly. For example, if Bob's Website showed 23 classified ads, it would show that he was owed X amount of dollars ? so then if I paid him the X amount of dollars, then his account info. With how much he was owed would be adjusted. Like I said, this could be just an ADMIN feature to edit the account OWED by manually typing in the current number or setting it to ZERO. · ADMIN be Notified when new AD PLACERS or PLACES REQUESTING THE AD Join/Apply · Ability to manually or automatically accept new AD PLACERS or PLACES REQUESING THE AD · Ability to delete/edit account information or accounts · Ability to see all the transactions for a day, week, month, year (if possible) with the ability to keep track of all the transactions that occur on the website (beit payments, requests, refunds). · A box that shows how many AD PLACERS there are in membership, how many ADS are out there to be placed, how many PLACES REQUESTING ADS are signed up. ## Platform Internet Explorer, Netscape
