I need to have a customized CMS website further customized to include a "Tooltip" function so that members using the site will understand the functions of all the options. The front page also needs to have a more flexible WYSIWYG function, so that it can be altered when required. Please let me know if you have a better option than setting up a "tutorial tooltip function". Perhaps migrating the entire site to a more USER-FRIENDLY platform would be better.
