We are looking for an application almost identical to the sample link below:

We need all the reports that start with these beginnings:
-CEM
-DTH
-ENV
-FED
-MIS
-VET
We are looking for a "team" of programmers that can work on this application. We would want most of the program finished with in 6 months. We will have more custom reports that we will hire to be done on a contract basis.
We are open to your suggestions for a development environment. We are thinking SQL & Microsoft word for the reports.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
