Color detect and clicker

I would like to detect on an internet page on 3 different positions a color. this color is red (255). when this color is detected i need a mouseclick on a position somewhere else. so as example. if color 120,200 or color 200,233 or color 600,125 = 255 then click on position 300,300. This has to work unil I click on a stop button. the color i must be able to change same as the 3 positions. if this programm is send to me in VB6 with a small explanation how i can change these positions color than it will do. i'm not looking for a good looking big programm, but need thisprogramm as quick as possible (all XP)
