Copy of Website Functionality

I would like a copy of [url removed, login to view] to be created, however I would like some enhancements as follows;

1. The hierarchy should be Project --> Goals --> Tasks --> To Dos. Currently [url removed, login to view] doesn't allow for Goals.

2. The goals should have a heading (the goal) and a description (what the goal is about). An example might be 'Make a million dollars this year' and the description might be 'Design a plan which will allow me to earn a million dollars without having to work'

3. When you click on a project, it shows a report. This report should be as per attached design.

4. Do not need the following functionality; Clients, Contacts, Expenses, Estimates or Invoices. This functionality can be left out.

5. All other functionality (eg; reports, users, My company, my account, plus everything else on [url removed, login to view]) should remain in.

6. Should allow a trial period for users, and then have chargeable access of $x per month.

7. Should allow multiple users of the web application, and create sub-domains for each user (as per [url removed, login to view]) and allow the user to customise the layout for them (eg; their own logo, etc)

8. Website is to be created in a website template that will be purchased from [url removed, login to view], so all graphic artwork will be provided.

Website to be created in Classic ASP or ASP.Net. Database to be SQL Server.
