I am looking to have a website designed - although I would need to be able to update the information myself as needed.

It is a directory / market place type site, where I will list services of certian companies and based on search criteria,the user will be able to select those that suit them, and then request a quote via the site. They must be able to either upload a list (pdf or excel), or fill out a form - and submit this to myself as well as send copies to the service providers. I would like stats on what users most frequently requested.

There would (obviously) need to be space for ad banners. Users must be registered to experience the full functionality of the site.

Please advise should you require more information, as I am not very au faix with technical jargon.
