C# .NET Upgrade of an ASP based PayPal Products Section

SCOPE: products display, shopping cart, checkout via PayPal and log in for product download. I'd like to convert the products section of an existing ASP PayPal site ([login to view URL]) to use C# .NET and have it use PayPal IPN to verify payment complete for product downloads. The only sections in this bid are the products and account sections. The rest of the pages are being removed and/or redesigned. The database is presently in MS Access 2000. The HTML design template is already created. The products section can be one .NET/C# page that uses a repeater or grid control for paging. The menu links can be designed to pass a category variable to the .NET/C# page (i.e. [login to view URL]). One thing I don't care for in the 1magez site is that the PayPal shop cart is displayed for each item that is added to a users shop cart. It would be much nicer if products get added to a session variable or array and upon clicking a checkout button the session or array is sent to PayPal containing the items. Following successful payment, an Account Log In page is displayed to the buyer. After PayPal IPN updates database with payment complete, the buyer can log in to download products. Prior to payment verfication complete, the user can log in but their product links will not be displayed - they will only see a message saying that the PalPal payment is being verified and that their account should be activated soon. Deliverables should include the C# .NET solution file and all source code. Currently using Visual Studio .NET 2002. Note: As you can see from my buyer history, I have frequent .NET and Cold Fusion projects and I like to keep working with the same RAC coders when I find a good fit. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows/Visual Studio .NET
