asp or asp.net graphics code needed

we have a online image creator application that allows a user to make book covers, all 3 sides front, back and spine. our app needs to generate a final preview from the front and spine that looks nice and "3d like" so we need some code from you to call two image from a db and then apply manipulation then combine as 1 image. see attached for the idea of two images and then final output your code needs to be commented or have some documentation with it anything that will work on web with either asp or asp.net is what we need. tell me your methods and possibly show a demo we need this very quick ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
