I am currently working with number of companies having call centres and virtual IT departments and managing Linux servers with different applications such as Asterisk, Trixbox,VoIPNOW, Webservers (LAMP solutions), Mail servers, DNS servers & HA clusters etc.
I am very well aware and experienced with VoIP technologies and experience in openSER for voip calls ans using asteisk as a gateway for openSER. I am currently providing inbound solution for UK based companies [REMOVED BY GAF ADMIN].
For Inbound Solutions, I have configured the Peer Asterisk through SIP and implemented PHP scripts through AGI and all calls from [REMOVED BY GAF ADMIN] are forwarded to our asterisk server, which are received by agents.
I also have setup a call centre (based on Asterisk) for a UK based company ([REMOVED BY GAF ADMIN]) for telemarketing and virtual IT department. Configured IVR, Voicemails, Conference Calls, ChanSpy, VICIDial (Predictive Dialler). Also implemented a PHP script that ports CDR data to MySQL on daily basis and forwarded to concerned managers.
