Audio (FM) recording daemon

Daemon for Linux or UNIX (may be Mandrake Linux or FreeBSD), that will record an FM translation from Pinnacle PCTV Pro tuner, and compress it into mp3 file on the fly. Must work as daemon, without user required to start it. Each day recordings must be uploaded to FTP server, and a new recording begin. Need to compress file as much as possible (quality is not very important). More then desired to be able to record more then one station at the same time. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Mandrake Linux 9.1 or FreeBSD 5.1
