Basic Video Editor application linked to an online video store

I require basic desktop video editor. Basic editing functions: adjust length of each video track in a timeline, add a transition between each clip, resizing/rescale within the monitor window, change colour balance, hue and saturation. Support for audio. Essential to have the ability to overlay/composit video on top of another video and render the final video out to flash flv format This video editor will be a downloadable application from my website and will install itself onto a users local machine. It will also be linked to an online video store on my website, were the user can browse and purchase various original copyright protected video clips that are in flv format. These video clips have transparent backgrounds and will be downloadable straight into the application and can only be used in the application itself. At this stage not sure which technology to use for the editor, but may suggest a mature technology such as C++, .NET (C#) Directshow Perl But will need advice Please when applying be specific to the project, briefly tell me how you would achieve this. What experience do you already have building this type of application Also state a realistic timeframe. ## Deliverables Please give a realistic timeframe for this. Will need the finished application to be able to talk to a webiste. As the app will be linked to my website and online video store. A user registers and creates an account and a profile in order to download the app. Further will be needed on this as the website is not yet developed Will provide additional docs on what the editor and surrounding application will look like, when i make a selection of coders and NDA signed
