CSS Encrypted DVD Detection

I want to detect whether a DVD movie is CSS encrypted or not by using VB6. I am NOT asking for DeCSS source code in VB, just detect the DVD is CSS encrypted or not. Returns TRUE if it is encrypted and returns FALSE if it is not encrypted. The source code is better written in VB, if it is not possible, you may write it in any other language, but I should be able to use it in my VB program.
