Develop a FileZilla FTP Plugin

Hi there,

I provide image editing services like clipping path, masking, retouching etc. and I want to have a FileZilla FTP extension plugin. I have heard about this extension from one of my friends and he call it Pipeline software but I am not sure what to call it.

The whole purpose of this plugin is to make upload download files from FTP server faster. It will allow me to download images from FTP server by reducing the file size and after editing the image it can transfer clipping path or any layer to the original file in the FTP. Once I install it along with FileZilla, it will allow me to do the following:

- I can convert the file format before I download any image from FTP server. For example, if there is a tiff file in the FTP server, I can convert it to JPG and then download. I need to be able to work with file format like: JPG, TIFF, PSD, PNG etc.

- I can reduce the image quality and download. For example, if there is a JPG file with quality 12 (10MB), I can convert the quality to 6 (Less than 1 MB) and then download.

- After downloading the image, I will create clipping path on them and re-upload them to the FTP server, but I don't want to upload the entire image because it is in low quality, so I want only the path to be transferred to the original high resolution file on the FTP.

- In the same way I should be able to transfer any layer.

- It should be able to deal with many image and the process should be fast, it shouldn't ask me to select file one by one but it can download/upload a whole batch of image and when transferring any path or layer to the FTP it should recognise by its name.

Please bid only who have got much knowledge on these programming and can do it very efficiently. It is very important that I get a right person to do this perfectly than the budget.
