DirectShow DirectX Media Player with rate change

Looking for an example using VC++ 6.0 with MFC Support, DirectX 8.1 that allows an WMV file to be rendered with it rate adjusted between 0.1 and 2.0 the normal rate (1.0) and then reEncoded the MWV file.
