customize phonegaim (gaim with sip support)

I need someone to customize phonegaim to my needs. IMPORTANT: detailed description is in attachment, due to limited capacity of RAC description. Brief points to do are: 1. make it use my sipproxy and stunserver 2(not neccesary but appreciated). make settings window, where proxy and stunserve can be defined. 3. Replace phonegaim sophisticated authorisation mechanism with direct logging to sipproxy. 4. Creting account mechanism may be kept, but you may cut it. 4.5) Mechanism of checking which item on roster is SIP-compatible can be cutted too (but may be kept) 5. Need also to put my logo and my company name in every place where it's needed. Details will be provided by selected coder, after second milestone achieved. (this should be the easiest pard :> ) Software must build and run under Windows. If it will build and run under linux, it will be appreciated, but isn't neccesary. MILESTONES: 1. Phonegaim which connects to hardcoded user,password,sipphone,stunserver. It means no login window yet etc... Simply soft that connects to hardcoded user which allow me to show my boss that it works, and let him starting thinking which text/icons/logos should be replaced my our. 2. Phonegaim with all SIP functionality described above, but without replaced texts/logos/icons. After that (or maybe before) I'll send you texts/logos/icons to replace. 3. Final product, with sourcecode and installation pack. Gaim and Phonegaim is under GPL license, so using GPL libraries is allowed (if neccesary). Need to be built using mingw32+msys (or cygwin, but mingw is preferred). See build instructions in attachment. Because building phonegaim under windows is a little tricky, I'm sending build instructions in attachment. I think I mentioned all tricks I needed to build it. But If I have forgotten about something, ask me, I'll try to reply ASAP. Please tell what time do you offer for each milestone (ie: I milestone after x days, II milestone after y days..). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows (all versions under which phonegaim runs).
