C++ (dimensional array list)

Problem: Design a Program to read a data file (“[login to view URL]?) representing presidential elections since 1900. The file contains four fields: 1. Year of election (e.g. 1900) 2. Party Affiliation (e.g. R) 3. Electoral Votes (e.g. 270) 4. Popular votes (e.g. 198,999,232) Read the file into a four dimensional array list. Each year has two records (lines) for each of two candidates. Determine the winner of each presidential election. Write to an out put file (five dimension array) containing: 1. Year of election (e.g. 1900) 2. Party Affiliation (e.g. R) 3. Electoral Votes (e.g. 270) 4. Popular votes (e.g. 198,999,232) 5. Winner (1 for winner, zero for loser, based upon electoral vote) In addition, write function to identify any election where winner of popular vote did not win election (electoral vote), either in file or on the screen. Write function to identify if any of the candidates are not Republicans “R?? or Democrats “D??. Extra Cred Project is due by end of day on November [login to view URL]: Write into output file names of candidates (six dimensional array). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Borland C++ ## Deadline information This program should be easy to write. However, as I am a beginner I need a lot of comments specially for the array lines. This project is due 21st..but I need to get it done ASAP..so that I can review for myself.
