Custom Multiple Content Management Database System

Looking to develope a Custom CMS Database that can handle multiple Clients. Our goal is to have our customer be able to edit their website on their own thru a WYSIWYG The CMS will have one Master Admin Console controlled by us and each of our customers will have an admin login for their own individual website for them to edit ect. Certain pages will need to be editable by our customers and certain parts of the page that can’t be edited by customer, only by us through the master admin. We are looking for this custom CMS to be done in PHP, and Cloud Technology _______________________________________________________________________________________________ See attached file for below... Each page will consist of PHP Files of [login to view URL] which stores pacific information for each client such as, Company Name, Phone Number, Address, Social Links, Emails Header [login to view URL] which stores the beginning code of the HTML document which includes meta tags and Javascript in CSS.
