Cold Fusion Based Store Locator Intgraded With Google API

Need help creating a store locator in cold fusion that intgrates with? the Google? Maps? API and a MySQL database. Below is how I would like the funtionality to work. ? ? ? ? 1. The user will enter thier address or zip code and click a submit button ? ? ? ? 2. This will move a google map and populate it with pins ? (possibly our logo) with the closest stores to the persons zip or address I would also like it to list the 5 closest stores on the page so? that it can be sleected from there as well. ? ? ? ? 3. The stores that are returned will have a order online button that will link to a predetermined web address that will direct them to that stores online ordering system.
