CRM expert for technical writing

We need a complete help system created for our web-based CRM application. Our application is similar in size and scope to the application shown below, and we need a similar help system. This is a large help project. Note that this sample help file includes: 1) a PDF document with over 400 pages of help 2) a comprehensive FAQ 3) a comprehensive Glossary 4) a complete list of Tips 5) a complete Index 6) a keyword Search option 7) a Tutorials section (we will supply the content for this) You cannot simply copy the help system shown above. Our application is completely unique. Therefore, the content cannot be copied. There cannot be any matching sentences. You must produce completely original written material. This is not a small project. You must have experience creating help documentation for large systems. We will require clear, gramatically correct, spell-checked explanations written in flawless English. We will not accept a "miniature version" of the above help system. The documentation you produce must be at least as complete and detailed as the help system above. You will need to spend approximately 4 days learning and understanding our application. There are a few difficult areas that we will explain to you using web conferences. A knowledge of CRM solutions and business principles would be very helpful. Our application continues to be modified and improved in certain areas, and will continue to change slightly while you are working on the help project. If you complete the help section for a certain system, and that system is changed or modified, you will NOT be required to update the help file to reflect those changes. Keeping the help system updated will be an ongoing project, and each new version will be a posted as a separate job on RAC. If you produce good results with the initial help project, these "updates" will be a good source of ongoing work and income for you. We will require you to install Yahoo Messenger to facilitate easy communication. To be considered for this job, you must send a documentation sample that you have produced in the past. If you cannot send samples of help systems you've created in the past, do not bid on this job.

## Deliverables

This is a 165 day project, with the following deliverables: Day 1-5 - self study of our application Days 5-10 - any questions, web conference training Day 15 - Outline of PDF help file Day 30 - 50 pages of PDF help Day 45 - 100 pages of PDF help Day 60 - 150 pages of PDF help Day 75 - 200 pages of PDF help Day 90 - 250 pages of PDF help Day 105 - 300 pages of PDF help Day 120 - Index and Table of Contents Day 125 - Working web template for online help Day 150 - "Beta" version of online help file Day 165 - Complete and tested help system If any of these interim deadlines are missed, you will be warned and will have 72 hours to make the delivery. If you are more than 72 hours late on any of the deliverables, this will be grounds for arbitration and bid termination. We will not provide partial payments for a partially completed help file. If you do not complete this job you will not be paid. 1) The final deliverable is a complete, fully-functional, professionally looking, detailed help system with at least 300 pages of help content. Clear descriptions written in flawless English. 2) All files used for creation of the help file. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc.)

The help file should support standard web browsers, including IE, Netscape, Opera, and Mozilla.
