Borland Delphi Coach / Mentor

I am looking for a person experienced in Delphi programming for the windows environment. Especially with the latest Borland IDE 2005/2006. The person should be highly conversant in English, and able to use VOIP technology ie skype/gizmo to communicate. The person should also be available for communication during the 12.00 to 17.00 Eastern Standard Time. I am offering a fixed rate per hour. To coach me in certain aspects of delphi program development. The work that I need done is related to financial market analysis and some of it is proprietary. Experience in analyzing dataseries, statistics, mathematics etc is a big plus The person would have to talk me through demonstrations on their screens using a software similar to gotomeeting or gatherplace or teamviewer all ending in .com to solve certain problems or demonstrate how this is done with Borland. Meetings will be agreed before hand and will last 1-2 hours a session and occur once or twice a week. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Delphi win32
