Access/SQL Server conversion Tool

Must be written in VB.NET / c# The application should have a Windows XP look and feel Allow the user to select an Access Database to be converted to SQL Server (or from SQL Server to Access) Allow the user to pick the SQL Server instance and Database where the upsized database will be stored Display all of the access tables and allow the users to pick which ones are to be copied There should be a select all option There should be a check box which if selected copies the data as well as the structure The selected tables should be copied to the SQL server database All fields should be copied with correct datatypes eg text(20) becomes varchar(20) The description should be copied to the SQL server database The Default Values should be copied across All indexes and relationships should be copied across A listing of all functions and there code should be produced, with save/print option which should be manually converted for access A listing of all functions/stored procedures that need manually converting should be produced for SQL server The data should be copied across if it was requested A progress bar / indicator of some sort should be displayed for the user The reverse of the above steps should be done if converting from SQL Server to Access ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
