Bootstrapper for instanced SQL express for Clickonce VS2008

We need you to take the Microsoft SqlExpress BootStrapper and create one for an instance SQLExpress named TestInst. Which means on installation the application will check for TestInst instance if there is one it will continue loading and if not it will install a TestInst SqlExpreess SP2 instance. The main problem is the check for TestInst, Microsoft provides a bootstrapper that looks for an instance SQLEXPRESS. I will give priorities to you if you can deploy a VS2008 application to the web using click once. The application prerequisites will be TestInst SQLExpress SP2. I will test it this way (XP, Vista and server2003 and up): 1. I will install it on a machine without SQLEXPRESS at all expecting it to install the instance TestInst. 2. I will install on a machine that has SQLEXPRESS but not a TestInst instance and expect the instance TestInst to be installed. 3. I will install it on a machine with TestInst instance and expect it not to ask to install the SqlExpress and the application will simply load. The application can be a simple hello world.
