CSS Expert needed to fix browser incompatibility

I need someone to make this CSS "tableless" template compatible with multiple browsers, right now the images only display correctly in Mozilla Firefox. For example, look at this page in Firefox and IE: [login to view URL] You'll see that 2 images at the top do not appear in IE, although you can pass your mouse over them and hover and even click on the links. I got the original CSS template from here: [login to view URL] and revised it for my site [login to view URL] Somewhere along the way, images stopped appearing in the center column. What I need: 1. Make sure the template displays images correctly in all browsers (at least the latest versions of the major ones, IE, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape and Opera) 2. Make the CSS style sheet an external file so the code does not have to be imbedded in the web page, then I can link to it. 3. Document the template so I'll know what each section is doing. 4. Tell me what I need to do or avoid doing so that I don't "break" the template when adding images and other content!
