CSS Mods for Formatting and Cross Browser Compatibility

We have we web site under development, and our web master is having problems with some CSS issues. Are you a CSS guru who can make our content look the same in IE6, IE7, and FireFox 1.5 and 2 ? Then please give us a look! The full project spec is in the attached PDF (below). Here is one example: Look at this page in FireFox v2: [login to view URL] Note the View Screenshots horizontal bar. Note how the screen shots are vertically aligned and vertically centered on the green bar. That is the CORRECT layout. Now look at the same page in IE6 -- problem! Now look at these other pages in any browser, and note that the alignment is also incorrect: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Work must be completed within two days of when I accept your bid.
