**Project Description:**
This project is fairly simple. We have a client who needs to add “find nearest location?? to their website. You’ve seen this feature on just about every commercial website out there.
We have purchased a database from [login to view URL] that contains latitude and longitude information, all you need to do is install the database, and calculate distance based on the position.
We will even tell you how to calculate the distance.. the PHP code is here:

We also have to add a basic add/change/delete screen to manage their store locations. Table will have 10-12 fields

The IDDGroup is a software development company, working primarily in PHP/MySql, with some ASP/Sql Server projects.
We sometimes contract out some of our projects (or parts of projects) through rentacoder to alleviate workload.

**Turn Around Time:** when we expect the project totally completed by.
**Man Hours:** How many “working?? hours we think it should take you to do it.
**Difficulty Level:** A Scale of 1-10 on how hard we think the request is.
All of our project descriptions are written by Sr Analysts, and the times given are what it would take us to do it. (they are realistic, we are programmers too, so we wont say something is going to take 10 hours, when its really 100 hrs).
On every project, you will also have someone to ask questions to, and to ask for guidance.. Newer programmers or inexperienced programmers are welcome to bid on our projects, it will be a great learning experience and we have no problem answering questions or teaching you new things. In fact, we encourage it! It helps us and you in the long run.
All we require is that you have instant messenger access, and are able to dedicate time to the project.

The following is the requirements
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
