We need a chat function that works in PHP on linux.

Functions and Specifications

1. Need to work with Concrete 5 Content Management System

2. Chat Rooms and Users Management

3. Option to login to chat with Facebook

4. Chat with Facebook

5. Supports Multi Language (and Real Time Transalation will be a great addition)

6. Announcements

The chat function should be able to work on major Browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari) as well as on Smart Phones
