We are building a local freelancer community . We were working with a programmer before but he can do this much in 4 months . So we are looking for a very proffessional programmer to complete this job for us .
We dont want any simple bugs in this site . Like a citizenship code can be 11 digits long but I can enter infinite digits to the citizenship code field . A buyer can bid on projects . Image verification boxes in forms .
So basicly we dont want any logic errors in the site . And we want the site to be secured .
And the second thing is the escaping coder promised us that this is going to be a multilingual site which I think is nothing near that right now . So we want a language file for the site with an encoding variable in it . We want to be able to change site character encoding and all the language variables in it .
I can code PHP so the person whom we choose is going to work with me directly . We update an excel doc from Google Spreadsheet and fallow the reqirements from there . But any Skype / Gtalk account would be a Plus .
Some graphic editing skills will be useful because we want a new logo and an explanation of how things run in the site .
We are looking for a decent coder who knows what he / she is doing and has friendly communication skills .
