I'm the owner of 2 yahoo groups which I run as fan sites for an adult model. Both have about 3000 members.
The time has come to set up a proper fan site, so I'm looking for a designer / programmer who can do this.
I already own the url for the model concerned.
I'd basically looking for a site which is members only, those members paying a subscription in the region of $10 to $20 a month.
The site needs to have a gallery section with a biography.
Idealy there should be a bulletin board, although only one topic is needed.
FInally, there needs to be a user friendly update section which would allow me to maintain the site, which would mostly be gallery updates, and of course deleting off topic messages on the board.
Whilst I am able to maintain a simple site, if your bid would be for a flash site, please also include a bid to teach me the updates, or appropriate software to do the update.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

If flash, or similar, is used, compatable with the free versions available.
