Control Panel and Referral Page

Both of these features are for a website with 7 to 8 pages. 1. Control panel Idea: [login to view URL] I would like to have a web-based, password protected page where the client (who doesn't know html) can safely update text. For the index page, for example, there are 5 text sections, so on the control panel there would be 5 sections to edit. The titles are mainly images so they don't need to have access to change those. There might be a few titles that aren't images. 2. Referral Page People can sign up to refer friends and receive a unique code. Once the visitor signs up, they get an email with their code and a thank you message. People tend to forget codes so my client won't be strick on the codes. If she gets a call from someone who says Mary Jones recommended me, it's okay if they don't know the code. My client should be able to check an online table to see a list of people who have signed up and their codes.
