I have coded an application on C# using Windows.Forms. I have tried to change the app into a UserControl to allow my customers to use it as a sort of ActiveX. I have tried any hint found on google, I have even signed my test UserControl with a self-signed certificate to test it but to no avail. I am quite new to .NET architecture. I need someone to take the final step in my development, enhance my app to work within a browser and autodeploy any requested software (such as .NET framework) to any visitors' PC. Future customers won't be technological experts, so it must be loaded on an automated way. I suppose the work to do is little as the app is already created (although I plan to enhance it shortly), I just need someone with the C# / .NET knowledge to wrap it up. It is very likely that the coder selected for this project will be selected for further enhancement projects of the same component in the short term.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
It should run on a browser (I assume an IE browser and a windows PC client machine). I would like to serve it from any webserver (apache, IIS, ...) but if IIS is compulsory it wouldn't be a problem.
