Convert Word Documents to HTML Pages

I have four ebooks saved as Word documents that I want converted to HTML documents. Three of the Word documents are 25-30 pages in length. The fourth is about 300 pages. Each should be saved in a separate folder, so that when I upload them to our site <[url removed, login to view]> , the internship ebook will in the directory <[url removed, login to view]> , the interviewing ebook will be in <[url removed, login to view]> , the networking ebook will be in <[url removed, login to view]> and the 300 page book will be in <[url removed, login to view]> .
All of the pages in all of the books will need to have the look-and-feel of our standard template <[url removed, login to view]> except that I also want a prominent block of text at the bottom of the content on each page (above the "receive new job postings by email" green reverse stripes at the bottom of the template) that instructs readers that they can read the rest of the book for free by registering at <[url removed, login to view]> for our newsletter. That language can be: "Receive the rest of this book free by registering for our free career newsletter." Hypertext link the words "career newsletter" to the [url removed, login to view] page.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
