Convert nested tables to css/div

I am updating our small company website. Previously I have always used nested tables to create page layouts, however, I want to have the new site to meet current standards with the layout done using CSS/DIV. I have already got the new template done using nested tables, so I just need somone to rewrite it using CSS/DIV. It's a simple layout, just over 100 lines of html code, so for anyone with quality experience using CSS/DIV properly, this shouldn't take more that an hour. The address of the sample page I want converted can be found in the attached zip file. I will provide all the template files to the winning bidder (html file, css file, images). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional web template, consisting of CSS files and HTML files. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
