Converting photoshop files (.psd) to HTML 4.01 Strict and css. All elements of the page must be controlled through css. All files must validate to standards. Files must appear correctly in recent release of IE, Firefox, Safari. No use of tables. Embedding of Google Analytics code. (Will provide code) Sites to be composed of a home page design and an inner page design. (I will supply two .psd files for you to create html from.) Total of 8 pages per site maximum. (Some sites may have fewer pages) Typical site will consist of: Home Page Content page #1 Content page #2 Content page #3 Content page #4 Content page #5 Contact Form (I will supply fields in word doc) Site Map All copy and meta tags to be sent to you in a word document. All you have to do is place in "inner page" html. (Copy & Paste) If I like your work this will probably become a recurring weekly project. (About five sites per week.) Budget - $250 (For all five websites) Timeline - Sites to be completed within 3-4 days of receiving photoshop file. Files then will be emailed to me or FTP'd to me in a zip file.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
