DHTML Menu for website

Hello, I need a simple DHTML menu for a non-profit's website that I am working on. Currently, I have a DIV holding the JPG I would like to use with the DHTML menu set as the background. It is important that this DHTML menu use the JPG because it is integral to the design. I have specific color, font and font size requirements to follow. So because of that, I would like to design in photoshop the background of the menu rather than use a hex color combination and standard text. I will pack the page with the CSS files in a zip for the winning bidder. I can't post any part of the site in the zip prior to having a winning bid, that would violate my agreement with the website's owner.
