add simple shopping cart to website

I need a simple shopping cart added to the site http://www.boxbelt.com. There are only 3 items for sale on the site and it needs to work with Authorize.net. I would prefer it to send a csv email of the order details out to the fullfillment house. The plugin third party shoppingcart that is now in place doesn't have that capability. If automatic email of the information in csv format isn't an option I would need the fullfillment company to be able to access the site and easily download the sales in a csv format What would you charge to add a shopping cart to that site that would also automatically send out the shipping information in a csv format.
